New website from printing service pixart.it

We all need a good printing service, so it’s great news that pixart.it has updated its website to make it easier to use than before when you need to create promotional printed materials.

Press release:

Beginning in August, the new pixart.it site, the web-to-print leader, is officially on the air. Having been perfected by an in-house team of IT engineers, the new web site was designed with the same management software language introduced a few months ago, thereby guaranteeing new and surprising advantages for users. In fact, www.pixart.it now has a totally new look: it’s faster, dynamic, and flexible. Matteo Rigamonti, CEO of pixart.it comments: “The creation of our new virtual showcase is the result of a time-consuming project aimed at improving service for our clients. We studied to attain an agile and usable tool that would enable users to move more easily from the choice of the product to the payment phase. We are highly satisfied with the results and will continue to improve on them and enhance them over the upcoming months.”

After a few weeks of testing, the site has already reached an excellent level in terms of performance. The first results recorded a notable increase in the average number of work orders. This is a concrete demonstration that, thanks to the surprising speed and ease of use, clients are willing to request more jobs in a single order. To further facilitate the user, a practical guide has been set up to support all phases of estimating costs and lead times. Just pass the mouse over the ‘I’ icon next to each individual field and a detailed explanation of the operations being carried out appears.

Another plus of the new site is the innovative upload system, which was also custom-designed and created by pixart.it. The new file upload system is highly intuitive, but above all relies on a useful system of automatic signals that inform the client in real-time if problems should arise in uploading the order files. This is certainly an extremely efficient tool that grants clients the certainty that all the procedures have been carried out correctly and that the work order has already been inserted into the production process. This function is made possible by the same language having been used for the web interface and the management software. This is a structure that is definitely more complex to create, but that today provides users live updates on the progress of the production process. Clients will then have virtual access to the production department to verify what point their work order is at. This tracking system guarantees the reliability, precision and transparency of the service.

The new site – for the moment available in four languages (English, Italian, Spanish, and French) – is graphically appealing and has been enhanced with images and details on materials, products, formats, and finishes. Integrated information is made available to clients to guide them and facilitate the selection process. And in order to guarantee only top-quality service, the chat technical assistance system, already available in the previous version, has been upgraded. Matteo Rigamonti continues: “Clients have given positive feedback on this type of ‘live’ support, which is more direct than the traditional telephone. The chat offers an immediate resolution of many problems, often simple, that might otherwise represent an obstacle for the client in finalising an order.”
