It’s actual name is Terminator Real NFI v1.0, and it can be found at the excellent 1001 Fonts site. Completely free to download, it was created by Thomas W Otto, who is also responsible for a barrel-load of horror film fonts in the style of Scream, Hellraiser and Friday the 13th.
