From a company who knows a thing or two about decent photo effects, onOne has recently released a free version of its PhotoTools 2 lite plug-in for CS2 and above. The lite edition is based on PhotoTools 2 Standard version (costs $159.95), and gives you a sneak preview of just what it’s capable of doing.
