After you've done that, you can treat them just like any other image. So open them in CS3 (go to File>Open and browse to the image you want) and then play around with colour adjustments, use the filters, layer up other photos for compositions… it's really up to you! If you are new to Photoshop and are looking for inspiration for what you can do, I would be amiss if I didn't do a terrible sales pitch and point you in the direction of Photoshop Creative magazine. Each month has lots of ideas for what can be done in Photoshop.
