Free fibre paper

If there is one thing you need to keep in your digital creative storecupboard, it’s some textured paper files. Once you’ve used them once, you’ll find yourself calling upon them again and again. Once of our favourite things to do with them is place an image on a new layer and then dance through the lending modes to see what occurs.

We have a lovely high-res file for you here, which is full of texture tactile goodness. We’ve called it fibre paper as it has a great fibrous quality. With this paper, we find that the Hard Light blending mode gives a photo a retro, vintage feel that’s perfect for creating cards, invitations or just for printing out.

To access the paper, click here. You’ll be given the option to save a .zip file to your desktop.
