We hope you are enjoying our ‘mock’ art paper files, because we can’t get enough of them! This time we have one that works very well with the Charcoal brushes, especially the Charcoal Smear brush (used in this image). Its colour and texture gives an instant feel of traditional media but obviously you can whisk it into the Hue/Saturation command and alter the effect to match your needs.

We’ve put the paper file in a .zip, which you can access by clicking here. Please note that this is for personal use only and cannot be distributed without our permission

      Would you like to know how we created the actual image, or just how it was applied to the paper? Maybe it’s both!
